How to use:

Blonde Icing has a variable mixing ratio from 1:1 to 1:3. Mix 1 scoop (20 grams) of Blonde Icing Conditioning Cream Lightener with 1-3 scoops of BLONDE ICING CONDITIONING CREAM DEVELOPER. A 1:1 ratio is ideal for freehand techniques while a 1:3 ratio is ideal for on-scalp techniques.

Process at room temperature until desired lightness is achieved for up to a maximum of 50 minutes for on-scalp applications and up to a maximum of 15 minutes for off-scalp applications. DO NOT USE HEAT. When processing is complete, SHAMPOO and CONDITION with EXTREME.
NOTE: No other developer may be substituted for BLONDE ICING CONDITIONING CREAM DEVELOPER. To do so would cause unpredictable results.
